It was for Xbox 360 and I used it for at home fitness along with the gym and god damn was it amazing at helping me achieve my fitness goals and required testing for one of my jobs. If they can get something like it for Kinect 2.0 and it works on Series S or X they would hit a niche audience I guess but it would be effective in these times.

The One S and One X don't have the proprietary port but they support the Kinect via the adapter. The Kinect port is just an USB-A port with power port merged into one. The Series X doesn't support the Kinect at a software level. the sensor is not compatible with Xbox Series X|S consoles. Source .

Since Series S|X use the same 'Operating System' as far as I am aware, one would think that if you have the USB-Adapter, it should really be plug and play. I'll test as soon as the Series Console gets here. If Kinect really doesn't work, I'll keep the One X in the living room. I wish Kinect was compat with SX.
