Abilityto charge watch to less than 100%. With the battery life of the Ultra being so good, there should be an option to limit charging to something like 80% on most days to preserve the life. EVs do this to maximize the battery life. I believe it tries to optimize to only charge to 100% right before it thinks you are going to wear the watch

Connectyour Airpods Pro. Go to settings and and go to your “Bluetooth” settings. Find your connected Airpods Pro and tap on the “info” button off to the side. YourApple Watch takes time to learn your charging patterns before it uses Optimised Battery Charging or Optimised Charge Limit. If your Apple Watch is new, the charging screen will say Charging to full. If you want to turn off Optimised Charge Limit: This will only charge your watch to 80% on days where it thinks you won't use it much
Odd Probably because it's a non-apple charger, so it doesn't meet the same efficiency specs and is thus loosing excessive amounts of energy as heat. This happens due to heating issue. If you are in a hot location or the watch is getting hot during charging, it will stop charging at 80%.
